Guest experience & Concierge service
Our friendly staff will meet you at your arrival and will be at your service to show you the complex, your villa and give you all the information you need to make your stay with us the best.
24 hours reception
For your comfort and safety, our reception is open 24 hours. We ask you to notify us in advance of your time of arrival so we can accommodate your needs.
Housekeeping
We clean the villas every day. A complete cleaning is done every two days where we will change the bed linens, the bathroom towels and accessories.
Swimming pools and gardens
We continuously maintain our gardens and swimming pools to ensure they are kept in pristine condition.
Playground
We have a recreational area for the little ones with a slide and swing for them to have fun.
BBQ
Many of our guests like to enjoy a BBQ in their villa at least once during their stay. Whether it’s for a special celebration or you’d simply like a family night in, we will prepare it all for you. We can provide you with the trays of your food choice, help you set up the bbq and then take it away to clean afterwards.
